Gamblers.ing is an independent website that reviews and compares online casinos. We are not a casino, we do not take bets, we do not retain your money.

When you visit our website, some information is collected automatically:

- The country/city you are coming from (approximate)
- The pages you visit, how long you are on them and what you click on

This helps us understand what our readers find useful and to improve the website and make it faster.

This is something we want to be extremely clear about:
- We do not keep your bank details, credit card numbers or crypto wallet details.

Our site contains links to casinos and other third party websites.
If you click on one of those links, you will be taken off our website and away from this privacy policy.

We destroy your data or anonymize it so it can no longer be linked to you when we no longer need your info.
10. How We Keep Your Data Safe
Security is important to us. We implement steps such as:
- Your connection is private: all pages are encrypted with HTTPS/SSL
- Access-controlled, secure servers
- Passwords stored as scrambled (hashed) values, not plain text
- Limited access: Only persons who actually need your info can access it
- Regular software updates and security audits.
There isn’t a single website in the world that can claim 100% security. However, we do all that is feasible to protect you and if there is ever a severe data breach we will inform the competent authority and when required, inform you too.
11. Your Rights Over Your Data

How to use any of these rights: just email info@gamblers.ing and tell us what you want. We will reply within 30 days.
We may need to check who you are first, so nobody else can request your data pretending to be you.
12. Children and Age Limits
This website is strictly for adults aged 18 or over (21 in some places).
- We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
- We do not target our content at children.
- If we find that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it straight away.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has given us their data, please email info@gamblers.ing and we will remove it immediately.
13. Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is currently no agreed industry standard for how websites should respond to it, so we do not act on it right now.
But you always have full control through our cookie banner and your browser settings.
14. If You Are in California (CCPA/CPRA)
If you live in California, you also have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect and why
- ask for a copy of it
- ask us to delete it
- opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information
- not be treated unfairly for using any of these rights

We may update this policy from time to time for example, if the law changes or if we add a new feature to the website.
When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. If the change is important, we will make it clear.
